My Shop app says the order is 'delivered', but I did not receive anything? Where is my order?
Currently there is a bug in the Shop app that marks orders as delivered when they are not actually delivered yet.
We recommend you to check the track and trace of the order using the shipping confirmation e-mail you received earlier. By clicking on the track and trace number on the order confirmation page, you can directly see the status of your order.
It takes a long time for my order to arrive. Do I need to worry?
When shipping takes longer than expected, you don't directly have to worry about the shipping status of your order. Sometimes delivery companies have issues processing orders from our webshop due to the large quantity of orders.
